With one game left to play in the league the AGC Men sit top of Merit 3 and have secured a place in the playoffs to win promotion to Merit 2. Following a surprise defeat of the Int Corps by the Air Corps it looks almost certain the AGC will face the Royal Army Physical Training Corps in the play off final. The honours are currently even between the two teams this season with the RAPTC winning 28-24 at Aldershot and the AGC winning 44-8 at their current home venue of Salisbury Rugby Football Club.
